How does the Evo Haven development process work?

The Evo Haven development process is completed in a series of phases: First you have the Planning Phase where your plans are created, permit application submitted, expedited and approved. Next is the Pre-Construction Phase where your lot is leveled/cleared, utilities connected, foundation poured and frame installed. Dry-In Phase where framing, windows, siding, mechanicals, etc are installed. Finally, the Finish Phase is where drywall, painting, flooring, cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, doors, light fixtures and trim are completed.

How does Evo Haven combine sustainability with style?

Evo Haven uses the highest quality of efficient appliances and utilities for its customers. All

units consume electric power systems, including Energy Star Certified refrigerators, light

fixtures, washers, and dryers, refrigeration, etc. Energy Star ®, a government-backed symbol for energy efficiency, provides credible, simple, and unbiased information to businesses and consumers, which helps them make crucial business decisions. Many commercial, industrial utility, commercial, state, and local businesses have partnered with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). They deliver solutions that save costs, protect the climate, and improve quality. Energy Star was formed in 1992 and has helped businesses and American families save electricity. They have saved more than four trillion kilowatt-hours of electricity and reduced over 3.5 billion metric tons of greenhouse gas. In 2018, they helped Americans lower their energy cost by around $35 billion. (ENERGY STAR, 2018)

Do I have a say in the design and finishes of my Evo Haven Property?

Yes, your Project Manager will assist you with selecting interior paint colors, exterior paint colors, bathroom finishes, kitchen finishes, flooring style, light fixtures, etc.

Will Evo Haven provide an HOA?

Some homeowners will pay for an HOA to maintain the upkeep and integrity of the neighborhood. Every HOA has governing documents, also known as CC&Rs (covenants, conditions & restrictions). These documents say what you can and cannot do to your home. Requirements vary across HOAs, so it’s important to read the CC&Rs for your HOA.

What type of warranty is included in my Evo Haven purchase?

Evo Havens currently come with a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty and 2-10 HBW structural warranties (1-year workmanship, 2 year systems, 10 years structural). The 1-year workmanship warranty includes site work, masonry, mechanical, electrical components, finishes, carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, cabinets and vanities, doors and windows, and foundation and concrete. The 2-year systems include mechanical (plumbing, duct work, and waste piping), and electrical system (wiring). The 10-year structural warranty includes load-bearing walls and partitions, columns, footings and foundations systems, beams and girders, floor framing, roof framing systems).

How long does the Evo Haven development process take from beginning to end?

Assuming that there are no unforeseen circumstances, the projected completion timeframe is typically 120-180 days from start to finish. This timeline requires the cooperation and efficient execution of all parties involved, including the local authorities and the homeowner.

What is the purpose of a consultation? Is this required?

The purpose of a consultation is so that we may better understand your particular existing financial situation and homeownership goals. Consultations are not a requirement for purchase.

We currently service the Atlanta metropolitan area. Evo Haven will expand installation to serve the entire South East region by 2023.

Do you have a model that I can view?

All approved customers will have access to view their new development as it is built.
